What is it about?

The JQP is a unique opportunity for recent graduates and junior professionals to check-in for a career in the fascinating world of aviation. We are committed to invest in growing the next generation of aviation talents that will contribute to our mission of ensuring highest common level of safety protection for EU citizens. A dedicated development programme, which lasts approximately 2 years, supports participants in maximising their professional growth. Throughout, and after completion of the programme assignments will be determined based on your profile and our needs. Programme participants are recruited at entry grade AD 5 on a standard 5 years contract.

Who can apply?

We are looking for high-potential recent graduates and junior professionals with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a discipline related to our core activities: Aircraft Certification and Organisation Approvals, Standardisation activities, development of regulatory matters and Safety Analysis.

Thorough knowledge of one of the official EU languages, a satisfactory knowledge of another official EU language, including fluency in English.

Applicants must be citizens of a Member State of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland.

Selection procedure

According to our staffing needs, we organise competitions to establish a reserve list of suitable junior profiles. You are applying for the programme as a whole and not for a specific position. Please note that inclusion in the reserve list does not guarantee recruitment. The respective vacancy notice details information about the job profile, requirements and the selection procedure. Competitions typically consist of several steps and may include the following:

A screening of applications against the admission criteria

Computer based test(s) to assess cognitive aptitudes such as analytical skills

A video / phone interview, which allows candidates to convince us about their motivation, qualifications, competencies and organisational fit

An onsite face-to-face interview with the Selection Board
