What is it about?
The JQP is a unique opportunity for recent graduates and junior professionals to check-in for a career in the fascinating world of aviation. We are committed to invest in growing the next generation of aviation talents that will contribute to our mission of ensuring highest common level of safety protection for EU citizens. A dedicated development programme, which lasts approximately 2 years, supports participants in maximising their professional growth. Throughout, and after completion of the programme assignments will be determined based on your profile and our needs. Programme participants are recruited at entry grade AD 5 on a standard 5 years contract.

Selection procedure
According to our staffing needs, we organise competitions to establish a reserve list of suitable junior profiles. You are applying for the programme as a whole and not for a specific position.
