April 2022

To incorporate the Corrigendum to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/2148 of 8 October 2020 amending Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 as regards runway safety and aeronautical data.

To incorporate Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/208 of 14 December 2021 amending Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 as regards the requirements for all-weather operations.

To incorporate ED Decision 2022/013/R amending the AMC & GM to Authority, Organisation and Operations Requirements for Aerodromes (Issue 1, Amendment 6) as regards the requirements for all-weather operations.

June 2023

To incorporate:

— Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/2074 of 20 July 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 139/2014, as regards the definition of SNOWTAM; and

— Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1645 of 14 July 2022 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as regards requirements for the management of information security risks with a potential impact on aviation safety for organisations covered by Commission Regulations (EU) No 748/2012 and (EU) No 139/2014 and amending Commission Regulations (EU) No 748/2012 and (EU) No 139/2014.

To incorporate:

— ED Decision 2022/016/R amending the AMC & GM to Authority, Organisation and Operations Requirements for Aerodromes (Issue 1, Amendment 7), as regards the aeronautical information publication; and

— ED Decision 2023/003/R amending the AMC & GM to Authority, Organisation and Operations Requirements for Aerodromes (Issue 1, Amendment 8), as regards the provision of rescue and firefighting services for General Aviation flights.
