Dear Eric, this is a major and general problem your mentioned here. There is no feedback channel from the 'real aviation world' and the national authorities (oversight) to EASA (rule making) - and this seems to be by will in between...?
So there is no real improvement as long as EASA will become more self-critical and open up the bunker-doors...
