Comments are welcomed by the Agency on the following proposed amendments. NPAs for which the comment period has expired are stored within the Rulemaking Archive.

The Agency has developed a Comment Response Tool (CRT) that will be used to automate the consultation process for Notices of Proposed Amendments (NPA) and Comment-Response Documents (CRD). The CRT allows users to review NPAs and place their comments, and later on to view the CRDs and add their reactions before the publication of the final Decision or Opinion.
