In such a case, a Proposal for AD Cancellation would normally be published first to invite comments. Upon Cancellation, the AD (watermarked “CANCELLED”) remains in the AD Publishing Tool, an AD Cancellation Notice explains why the AD was cancelled and its requirements are deleted.
