According to article 4, paragraph 2 of EASA Rulemaking Procedure (defined by EASA Management Board MB Decision 01/2012 of 13/03/2012) terms of references for each rulemaking task of the Agency are drawn up by the Executive Director, after consultating Safety Standards Consultative Committee (SSCC) and the Rulemaking Advisory Group (RAG) and/or the Thematic Advisory Groups (TAG) (see the Consultative Bodies page).
