This document provides guidelines for the development of the Maintenance Review Board (MRB) process from which the aircraft maintenance programme specified in Annex 1 (Part M) to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2042/2003 can be produced and in particular how European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) will internally handle applications for approval of Maintenance Review Board Reports (MRBR) or revisions thereto.
