Technical Occurrence Reporting

In order to make a safety related occurrence report to EASA according to the scope of the Agency, click here.

Reporting is intended for:

  • Non-European approved organisations (DOA, POA, MOA), EU DOA holders and EU Single European Production Approval holders reporting directly to the Agency and
  • Those organization or individuals reporting in voluntary basis, not falling under the Agency's mandatory reporting scheme.
