Repair design

Repair design approvals are issued in accordance with Part 21, Section A, Subpart M.

Exceptions:

This does not apply to repair designs approved under the conditions described in bilateral agreements or working arrangements between EASA and foreign Aviation Authority (see International Working Arrangements).
