Design Organisations

Demonstration of capability for design organisations is managed by EASA in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1702/2003, which includes design organisation approvals (DOA) or alternative procedures to DOA.

These activities are managed by EASA, which is responsible for:

• The management of all design organisation applications
• The issue of related DOA certificates and their continued surveillance
• The issue of compliance statements for alternative procedures
